SIM SWOP ISSUE

My phone was, along with my car and ID. I called MTN to do a sim swop and was repeatedly told that I did not answer the security questions correctly to get my old number back. I FREQUENTLY call the numbers I gave, and yet was repeatedly told that I was wrong, despite the fact that I know I called those numbers almost everyday. Your system is flawed, and here I am being spoken to as if I my own phone. I had to then go to the police station to get an affidavit, again, after I've already opened up a case number for the car and phone. I find this completely ridiculous, and emotionally distressing after everything I have gone through, with no consideration to the fact that I've been an MTN customer for over 12 years. I am now moving to another provider. When I asked to speak to a manager, i was told that it is not their problem, but mine, because i answered the questions incorrectly, when in fact, I answered them correctly.
