Yesterday I had my phone, with the sim card. called MTN several times and they could not assist me to a point where i now have to go to a police station to write an affidavit. It simply doesn't make sense to me to say the numbers i frequently call are not appearing on your system and therefore it is not true that they are numbers i call. I gave your agents three numbers and they could not pick up two of them, even though i know for a fact that i usually call these numbers and i know i called them in the last few (2) days. the very system that's put in place to improve efficiency and i presume protect us is totally dysfunctional, because how else do you explain it not picking up these numbers and also blocking me?
totally fed up and moving networks as soon as i retrieve numbers on my old MTN sim card.
