Sim swap rejected, loss my 15 yrs old number

I called the call center to get my sim swap done after i lost my phone. I have had my sim card for more than 15yrs and all my clients know this number. I called three times and everytime i called they keep telling me that i fail the security questions. One lady told me it is because i didn't give them all the last numbers i had dialled, which was a month ago. i tried to remember all the numbers but i golden't. i only came up with 2 numbers. I asked to speak to the manager after being refused 3 times. That number is part of my life. The manager got on the line, he told me the very same thing that the ladies said and told me that now i have to get another sim card because this one has now expired and hangup. But how is this going to help me if they keep telling me that i fail the security questions. I would like for one of them to tell me one number they called last month see if the clever people who came up with this process would remember. I honestly am very disappointed with MTN, after supporting them for more than 15 years and now they expect me to lose my number! i dont know what to do, and they do not seem to CARE how this is affecting me!
