Good afternoon,

I received my contract sim card on the 05 April 2013 and to date it has not yet been activated hence unable to use it. I have sent 3 e-mails to cell c and have had no response as yet. I have spoken to the relevant department at the call centre twice already and have been told it will be activated but it still has not yet been activated. It is also ridiculous that i have to wait over 20 minutes on line to actually have an agent answer my call.
