On 22 February 2013 I phoned Cell C to complain about a network problem. They send me a form to fill out on 24 February 2013, since I have a network problem I could only get it back to them on 13 March 2013, they then replied the following on 15 March 2013:
Good day
Your query has been received and escalated to our networking team for investigation. Your reference number is TT 1763201. The case should be complet within 7 working days
I phoned again on 28 March 2013 to follow up only to be told that they are still working on the problem but someone will phone me. On 9 April 2013 I phoned again and got the same story. I tried to phone again last night after holding on for 10 minutes I got through I gave my cell number and the lady put me hold, I then got cut off. I would like to request a refund on my 3G as this is now useless to me!!
