I am on a prepaid service with the recurring BIS service. My BIS service expired last week and I successfully reactivated my BIS on the 28th March 2013. i then received an SMS on the 02 April 2013 to say my BIS has been de-activated. I immediately called Cell C when i received the SMS on the 02 April 2013. the Agent told me that they could see that it was activated but dont know why it was de-activated and said they will log a query. I never received any feedback. I have also been unable to since recieve any calls and have been having endless netwrok problems, which means that i am sitting with a phone that is of no use to me. I have since called Cell C on another 2 occasions and have been told again that the matter needs to be escalated as the agents dont know what the problem is. I have now ran out of patience with the imcompence of the agents at CellC, Please can someone with some knowledge attend to my query Immediately!
