After applying for a cell phone online I waited a few days for the phone to arrive. I received the phone and discovered that the sim card had to be activated. I phoned 084145 and waited patiently for 30 minutes before my call was answered. I was then told that it would still take 24hrs before the sim card could be activated. 2 days later I still cannot use my cell phone. I phoned 084145 again but was fed up after holding the line for another 30 minutes. How much longer do I have to wait to use my cell. Cell C your service is terrible.
