to dial 084145 you are on the phone a good 15 minutes before someone picks up the phone.
we got an ipad data contract with Cell C direct they send u s a normal sim card which doesnt work in an ipad.
then they send us the micro sim but the sim is not activated . after holding on for 15 min someone answers the phone then you get transferred from one department to another. we then asked that the sim must be activated we got told that the sim is activated and it will work within 24 hours. after 2 days it still not working we go to Cell C in Centurion Mall where they tell us they can't help us as it doesn't reflect on their side and has to be done by cell c direct as the cost reflecting on the system is not the same so they cant help me.
