On the 18/01/2013 our data card was. We were advised to obtain a new card and to date cannot get Vodacom to resolve the matter why the sim card is not working. I walked into Vodacom Clearwater and after waiting for over an hour for assistance I left my details for the Manager of the store to contact me as all the available consultants could only assist if you were not signing a new contract. ONE IT staff member was available and had 4 customers all communicating with him at the same time. We are now paying for a contract with no service!
