Refusal of a service

My name is Patrick Paledi I have walked in a Vodacom shop today 09/05/13 between 15:00-15:30 to purchase a nano Sim which then didn't have and was told by one of the stuff member to try Vodacom at the incredible connection which I did and found the Sim but they couldn't Rica for me cause the person who can wasn't available. So i went back to the Vodacom shop (shop131) by the same mall to get Rica assistance there which I told that is not possible cause the card I had was not bought from them, I asked is this a Vodacom shop as I'm a Vodacom client holding a Voda Sim bought from a Vodacom shop? and i was told i can go and buy food from KFC and go and expect to get assistance at McDonald's.

In a nut shell, I'm a Vodacom costumer who walked in a Vodacom shop as a client and for a assistance on a
Vodacom Sim card and was refuse that simple service. What am suppose to do now?
