Still waiting for SD Card

My husband went and got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1 contract in early December, this deal included a 32GB SD Card. At first he was told that the SD Card was in the box, but once home he opened the box to realise that there was no SD Card. We called and were told that we should come in to fetch it. We drove out to them at Clearwater only to then be told they were out of stock and we should come back after we get back from Holiday to come and collect the Card. It is now the 24th of January 2013 and we still do not have the SD Card. I am very upset at the lack of communication and the constant run around we have been given about this. I will not simply be happy with receiving the SD Card now and I feel we should be compensated in another way as we have spent petrol driving up and down to this store while they do not even have the decency to contact us about it and keep telling us ''it's coming next week'' and it never does. I was considering moving my cell phone contract to Vodacom but after this terrible service I am not sure I will be doing that anymore.
