The gentleman by the name of Brandon Niel assisted me and he advised me that I should keep my business contract sim card as due to the upgrade I will have to use the same sim card, which I have confirmed numerous times with him on which he said my business number. He then told me that I can only start using the sim for the 500 meg's on the first march 2013. I only took home the device and the memory card that comes along with it..( no sim card). I have waited for the first March 2013 and tried to use the sim and no data available... later on I have contacted Vodacom customer care and asked what is going on, I was told that that it is not the correct sim for the contract " my meg 500 ". I have advised them what the sales person told me at the shop, they asked me to go back to the store and query with them. I only managed to get to the Vodacom 4U store at Northgate on the 24th March 2013 and enquired with Serena Naidoo, who was very and wanted me to pay for another sim card. For the hour that I was there Serena Naidoo made we wait half of that time, she then still had the audacity to tell me that I have lost the sim card that they gave me. Contact me for full story
