Cell c's service is absolutely/ undoubtedly /diabolically unmoving. i'm quite perturbed by lack of transparency on the side of cellc. I have been sent from pillar to post just to cancel my data bundle contract... even though iv never even used it, as i received it last week. I'm no longer interested in such shoddy customer service or the lack off. Retentions/cancellations is transfered internally with no direct number, not even the call center agents know if there's any contact information. for Retention. i don't recommend anyone to go through such turmoil. Asked to speak to the manager/ team leader and was told they all were not on the floor... now how possible is that! What about my money and time and still no resolution.thanks but no thanks.
