I entered into a new contract with Vodacom and my sim card got. I visited Vodacom at Midrand, bought a new 64K sim card (01/09/2013) and i paid my account on the 01/09/2013 (i have the proof of payment) like I always do. The lady who assisted me said that the sim card was registered and that the card should work around 15:00 sunday afternoon (01/09/2013). Around 17:00 I phoned vodacom customer care and discussed the situation with 2 different consultants and the last one said that she registered the sim card again, and at 9:00 on Monday morning she would have processed the sim swop and she said that she will phone me when it was done. It is now 14:00 and i have not yet heard anything so i phoned vodacom again! They claimed that the sim card was not registered and that they cannot do a sim swop for me!
