OVER BILLING, NO CORRESPONDENCE, BAD ATTITUDE

I upgrade my cell phone in October from Blackberry to Samsung. Nobody informed me that the new contract will only come into effect the beginning of the new month or advised me that i need to purchase data bundles for that month as i will be be on a BB contract for remaining of the month. The data they have charged me was more than R900. I have called numerous times regarding this matter since 17th of October and no one has ever contacted me. They always have a story and everytime a staff member of Vodacom will contact me the next day. I am waiting almost 2 months for that phone call. The manager at the Vodacom Shop where the contract was upgraded was very rude and of no assistance, neither was the staff.
I have been with Vodacom for years but the service they provide is pathetic.
