I have upgraded a month ago, and the salesperson at Autopage sold me a contract, with additional 1gb data and unlimited bbm to replace the current BIS.
Not only was the 1gb data not loaded, but he also to me about unlimited bbm. Apparently unlimited bbm at Autopage means unlimited to end of May 2013, and not for the contract period as one would assume, as we were discussing costs and fees during my contract period. Also a family contract was loaded, where I previously had a business contract?
I did complain on the 12th of April 2013, needless to say no one returned my call.
Lucky for me our full telephone conversation was recorded.
I look forward to hear from Autopage.
The BlackBerry Z10 is such a great phone, all these issues are clouding my experience.
