BREACH OF CONTRACT

I AM VERY UPSET WITH TELKOM MOBILE SERVICE. I STARTED A CONTRACT ON 16 APRIL 2013 WITH 2 APPPLE IPHONE 5's WITH THE PLAN SET OUT AS BELOW. AS FROM DATE WE CANT SEND ANY SMS AS WELL AS SHORT SMS WHICH WE WILL PAY FOR. I HAVE REPORTED IT A COUPLE OF TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. WE HAVE UNLIMITED SMS AS ADVERTISED BUT DON'T RECEIVE THE SERVICE. WHAT ARE TELKOM GOING TO REFUND US WITH. EVERY TIME THERE IS A TECHNICAL PROBLEM.
