I am supposed to upgrade my celphone contract on the 1st of April. Knowing that i went into my local Autopage branch to see which upgrades are availible. Being told that the Blackberry Z10 will be availible i was very exited only to hear that BIS does not work on the Z10 . This is where everything started, i wanted to know whether MTN has a upgrade package for me with a data bundle include. The answer i got was no, i have to buy an additional 300 mb of data for R149 . This is where i asked them what an additional data contract costs, they told me on MTN its R99 for 2 gig, the sum did not add up. I wanted to take out the additional data contract but i wanted them to add it to my cellphone sim, that was totaly impossible. So i went to the MTN shop, they told me that i could get the Z10 with 300 mb data included in the package for about R100. So i went back to Autopage, they said that they cannot do the same deal and that it was an MTN deal. I am an MTN customer for 16 years, is it Autopage or MTN that only cares about new contracts and feel nothing for their old Clients, at this point i would love to leave MTN and Autopage
