I have upgraded my contract with Autopage at Clearwater Mall to a Blackberry Z10. I returned the handset on the 5th day as it was using too much of data amounting to R650 in this period. The cooling off period according to the CPA is 7 days. Autopage is refusing to cancel this contract and claiming a settlement fee whereas the date of the commencement of the contract is 17th January 2014.
This is a shame that you still get companies that do not comply with the laws of the country.
