On the 23 th of last month my data bundle on my contract ran out, I contacted autopage in this regard to load a once off 100mb data. I was promised that it would be loaded within 2 to 24 hours, it never happened. I was charged per mb data after I requested data to be loaded. 23 rd of this month the same thing happened, my data ran out, I phoned them to load more data and sort out why my data was not loaded last month. Till now no one has contacted me in this regard. Last night I phoned them again to find out why my data was not loaded and I was told it has been escalated to their IT department as was my complaint. It is now the following day and my data is still not loaded. Well escalate this Autopage, this will be the final straw, after this contract is done Me and my wife will be done with Autopage cellular as we have had endless trouble with your service.
