Pathetic Shocking Service from Service Provide

End of June 2013, we upgraded our cellphone contract. Wife had a Blackberry (free BIS), and upgraded to Samsung S3 Mini. Hence, no data on the remaining months of Blackberry contract up to migration in October. Sales person suggested we take a 100MB smart data bundle with Cell C at cost of R15, to which we agreed and also discussed whether it would be enough data, and if we could take it off the contract following the migration. Data bundle was never loaded and on 22 July, my wife got a message that her data bill is already over R550. On a Blackberry contract without BIS, the data charge is R2/MB! Immediately contacted Autopage Sunridge VIllage and was told we never confirmed we want it!! We discussed it, and were given documentation to sign hence trusting it was loaded!! We now faced an additional charge of R580 on the account for 290MB data, which would have been R15 for the 100MB and then 15c per MB for the remaining 190MB. Logged a complaint with Autopage, which after more than a month, numerous hours on the phone to them, no call backs upon requests, incorrect logging of complaint, re-logging of complaint etc. came back saying it is resolved!! FED-UP WITH BAD SERIVICE!!!
