Full data allocation not being loaded

At the beginning of April, my daughter took out a new iPhone 5 contract with Cell C via Autopage in Sea Point, Cape Town. The advertised deal included 500 meg data per month x 24 plus an additional 300 meg data for the first 3 months. This additional 300 meg was not added at the time of activating the contract, and my daughter has been struggling to get this added. She has been in contact with Autopage Sea Point, and they have been trying to assist her, but they have told her that Autopage Head Office is not aware of the extra 300 meg data. She now finds herself in the middle of a dispute between the two parties, and the problem is not being resolved.

She would like the appropriate person in Head Office to call her urgently on 0844576067 so as to resolve this to her satisfaction without any further delay.
