Bad Attitude, Poor Service

I took out a contract from Autopage Cellular in Craighall Park for the unlimited Lite 3 G Data Package from MTN. I have but always only received excellent service from them. This contract was on Autopages' Marketing List and advertised. I signed all their documentation which was sent off to Head Office. The Business Contract was uploaded and approved by Autopage. I received my Sim Card and equipment. It worked for a week and stopped. I contacted Autopage Cellular to try and sort this problem out for me but a week later I was told that this deal does not exist anymore. Suzanne from Sales Operation offered me, via Autopage Cellular to have my contract cancelled (which affirms that this contract was in fact concluded) and for me to accept a 5 Gig on a higher package. I have to ask... is this a joke?? Yes. It is!! In my frustration I even contacted Shaun Pretorius who has also not yet returned my call. (1 month later). Your non existing service to a VIP client has been absolutely shocking to say the least and looking at all the complaints on this site just affirms your non commitment or interest to the consumer and your inability to be truth full
