My call was logged 21 March: (RE: FW: RE: FW: Vodacom Customer Care Reply - Authentication Response required Ref: 00148a8MM8AB0NJQ). I have been more than patient in emailing to get a response to my problem with a SAMSUNG SII and being unable to download MMS, loss of internet connection. The settings have been changed several times at a VODACOM outlet. After 8 months I had to call DATA SERVICES, who referred me to a repair center, who failed to even look at the phone after promising to resolve the issue in 2 hours. I had a VODACOM service agent call me, who said this had been ESCALATED to the REGIONAL manager who will contact me. I'm still waiting.
