Ongoing battle with Vodacom to firstly repair a faulty Nokia E6 phone then to replace the phone. This issue has been dragging out since 3 January 2013. Everytime I enquire as to when the phone will be returned or replaced I get deferred by a week. These weeks have become months. I have dealt with Customer Escalations who PROMISE to contact me in 2 days... still waiting. I have a Vodacom agent who is trying to sort out the battle for me. He just contacted me to say he cannot get any joy from the Regional Manager or Head Office. This is unacceptable, I demand a favourable response from Vodacom!!!
