Vodacom has done it again. all my data that should be carried over for 1 month has dissipated after last month. I had over 9 gig of data on night owl and 2.5 gig of normal data that should be carried over from last month but none carried over, I have logged a service request and a consultant did contact me, he could not resolve the problem 1 week ago and said someone would get back to me, but I am still waiting.

well I am still waiting. Vodacom service has really started the steep trend downwards and they really don't care for their customers any more. but be sure you money will be taken like clockwork every month without fail.
