3rd report to Helopeter, and my issue is still not resolved. I need the ombudsman's details.

Thank you very much for your response.
I am not interested in obtaining an itemised billing report, as I mentioned I didn't send the sms's and want Vodacom to sort out the matter. why must I pay Vodacom to investigate a query. This is the first time I hear of this kind of practice. I am in the banking sector and if my clients has a query on their account, I don't charge them to go and look what the problem might be. I just resolve the issue as soon as possible.
This is daylight. Please sort out my query.
Please provide me with the contact details of the Ombudsman?
