I had disputed a Vodacom bill that iwas charged incorrectly to which Vodacom replied "Dear customer, we were unsuccessful in our attempts to contact you with regards to the data charges dispute. Our investigation is complete and we confirm all our charges are correct.

Considering that im billed over R3000 worth of data usage, no credible evidence was given to me of the breakdown usage/ websites that i visited or content download- how was it decided upon that i used the data, i clearly state that the contact center agent stated that im in kzn while im based in jhb how is that a coincedence- i need a proper investigation done, im payin. Alot of money to Vodacom for such a poor response
