Requesting of info so that i can upgrade contract

This is the info i requested to be able to decide on my upgrade.
This is regarding the contract for 083.
1. What is my current spend or usage on:
a. Phone calls
b. Data used
c. SMS sent
2. I am looking at the Nokia Lumina 920 and have the following questions re the package (both the 350 and 500 package)
a. The 350 /500 package - can I get that with a Top up?
b. Why is the Top Up more expensive than the standard? This seems a little ilogical - you pay R20 - R30pm extra to have the facility to top up? Why should this be?
c. That package comes standard with 150MB of data and then the phone also has 150MB, so total on this package is 300MB, is this correct?
d. Can I upgrade or downgrade while in contract - so if am using more airtime etc. can I move up a package without locking myself in to a 24 month period?
e. Can I get a 2nd sim card for my apple iPad with this contract
