Upgrade of contract without consent

it has been brought my knowledge that the above mentioned data line has been upgraded by a call centre agent Pavishni Pillay without my consent. I originally requested to remain on the current package until the contract ended, then i wanted to downgrade to a smaller package. She upgrade me without my permission.
I have queried this 2 but have had no positive feedback from either query. This is really bad service on the part of Telkom.
