After posting a report regarding Vodacom s lack of knowledge and being charged unnecessarily, I still have not yet received a response on my complaint and its Day 5 now. Thanks for the automated response Cindy Price but to be honest, I would appreciate an actual written up with explanation response that proves to be useful to both myself as well as future Vodacom customers.
