I received what I can only describe as the worst customer service experience that I have ever had. I made an inquiry into a data problem that I had and it blew up out of all proportion and kept me on the phone to call centres for nearly 90 minutes. When I tried to log a complaint the call centre personnel at first refused and kept putting me on hold. I have sent emails to Vodacom, I have gone on to their website, and I have been promised some sort of feedback. I however have had no response from anyone from Vodacom. Its as if they refuse to talk to me.
I dont understand why they would want to treat anybody like this. I have been a customer for 20 plus years and because of this lack of response I have made a decision to let all my Vodacomn contracts expire. I will replace them with Vodacom competitors. If anyone from Vodacom actually reads this the reference number I was given was S3-TYIDO-0C40
