Dear Vodacom - Your service has reached an all time low, I am currently typing out an email to your CEO office - I would love to know his view on the way in which you handle media complaints, I will also be posting on Facebook and Twitter tonight and any other media channel I can use to alert the public to your disgraceful level of service. Apart from your automated response that you will look into my complaint (Which I am sure I will get from this complaint as well!) you are yet to respond 2 weeks later. My only conclusion is that you cannot explain my data charges, and thus you cannot respond! I DO NOT want another automated Hello Peter response to say you will look into my complaint, I have 2 already which serves me no purpose. This post is merely to let other people know what a useless service provider you are. I do not expect any resolution from you, perhaps your CEO can help - I will soon find out!
