So disappointed with the service received. on wednesday 2013-04-10 i went to altech autopage at the grove mall and was assisted by koketso with a swim swap. i had purchased an i-phone and needed to do a sim swap. i was told it would take 24 hours to activate. it did not happen so on friday 2013-04-12 my husband went back to tell them there was a problem. Elizabeth then noticed that the wrong sim card details had been entered and rica'ed by Koketso. she then promised she had rectrified it and it would be active in 24 hours. 24 hours later still not active, called elizabeth again. she said she would call head office to query it. she then came back to say they could not activate it electronically and it would be done manually. sunday still not active, called elizabeth again who called angela at head office who then infromed her that it could only be done on monday. still not done. what does a person have to do to just get good service. just to have a sim card that has been activated. really is that asking too much? payments are done regularly but still no joy. this is a terrible disappointment for being a customer for such a long time
