I am flabbergasted by the fact that youMTN allow to collect money fraudelently from my account when i havent subscribed to none of their services, Your patners EMMU or Opera Telecons have been debiting my account since November 2011 your agent tells me. I gave them no authority to debit my account and how do you as my service provider collect money for these people scamming your customers .. i will report this matter to the police because this is plain and your agents have an audecdity of dishing a number for me to now chase on these and guess what the numbers dont work anymore . i want my money in my account as soon as possible and will be reporting this matter to ICASA . MTN you and you have lost a customer of over 10 years . i want my full refund as a matter of urgency.
