Since August 2013 Emmu Trading has been debiting my MTN account with R5.00 per day and I have no clue what this is for and have not authorised this. I do not reply to any spam SMS's (even replying "stop" because this can be a "trap") I receive, and now I add these numbers to my "spam messages".
Surely the fact that Emmu Trading are debiting my account without my consent is against the WASP code?
In addition to this, where did Emmu Trading get my cell number because at no point did I sign documents or even have a voice discussion giving them consent to debit my account.
Sadly, this is the second time this has happened to me in less that 12 months and last time Samber Trading were debiting my account with R3.00 per day because they said I bought the FIFA 2010 game, when I don't play games and at the time, my phone was so it wasn't possible to download the content they said I did.
