Someone opened an account with a data service provider for me in her name. I pay her the money every month.
In December and January more money was deducted from the service provider than usual. We contacted the service provider which informed us that the money was deducted on behalf of Opera Telecom. I do not know this company. Neither she nor I registered for this companies services. We do not even know what services this company provide.
I would like this company not only to stop my so called subscription but also to refund all the money paid over to them by the service provider. Further more I would like to know when we subscribed to this companies services as well as the authorization given to them to for the service provider to deduct money on their behalf. Further more I want a detailed account as to when I used their services which I paid for.
