What are cellular networks doing from their side to protect their customers from vultures like OPERA TELECOMS? This is to express my disgust at both Nasua Mobile and Opera Telcoms. As expected Opera Telecom is one of the companies whom DO NOT respond. My 13year old daughter as expected surfs the net on her Blackberry & somehow was subscribed NOT to her knowlegde to Opera Telecoms since 29/12/2012 @ R7/day and up to date R518 in total. Nashua will NOT do anything to compensate & Opera Telecom has no answer. All Nashua could do was unsubscribe me from this service within the next 48 hours & tell me that I should take this up with Opera to refund. To my knowledge as per the servcie advisor, there have been NUMEROUS complaints about Opera Telecoms. I've viewed reports from others users subscribed to Vodacom and Vodacom was kind enough to credit their accounts whereas Nashua obviously do NOT care about client service & basically tell me to do things on my own because it isn't their problem. WHAT ROUTE TO TAKE NOW... CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT??? Maybe then I will get somewhere. Totally disappointed and will be moving my numbers over to a network that do care about their clients. SHOCKING
