DESPERATION

PLEASE HELP!!!
We have not received any statements on this account - I have placed countless telephone calls - sent countless emails - only to be told each and every time that a case has been logged - I am talking about more than 2 months here!!!
Account number: 333984405
We have received invoices for January, February and April on 10 April 2013 - 8ta tells us that the March invoice is not available on their system.
The debit order has not gone off our account for 2 months which is why I keep calling - the service has now been cut off on both contracts - their team leader on the phone yesterday (14/4/2013) tells me that we should have paid manually then, how the heck do we do that without knowing what we owe?!?!?!?!?!?!? Which 8ta cannot tell us?!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!
No-one can help - this is ridiculous service and we are completely at our wit's end@!!!
