Please be aware of doing any business with Momentum Health. I joined Momentum Health in March 2013. The debit order taken from my account on the 2nd of April 2013 was done for January, February, March and April. Instead of deducting one month's premium, they took 4 months worth of premiums. After numerous calls, e-mail to both Vuyo Sangweni and Shweta Dhanapalan I had to reverse the payments as not one of the two Momentum Health employees could assist me. Both of them requested bank statements proving that the money was paid, even after sending them the bank statements was I met with more and more excuses. Please be warned not to do any business with this medical aid, they are useless!!!
