8ta BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE & ME OF MY MONEY

I have an internet account with 8ta Telkom, im suppose to pay R199 per month, but on 15 April 2013 8ta deductedR432 from my account claiming it was for March and April's subscriptions. On 22 April i received a sms from them that they are going to deduct R432 again from my account on 25 April 2013 and theyve suspended my internet account. My bank statements show they took money from my account but they cant seem to find the payment on their systems... This is bad, very bad. Ive paid them via debit order so how is t possible that they cant find the payment?? And how can i pay them R864 in one month for a R199 subscription? 8ta UR SERVICE IS BAD!!! The consultants keep sending me from one person to another.ive phoned about 4 times without aany luck!
