Complete failure to address urgency and delive

Ordered phone upgrade at 9am on Monday, 8 April. Explained it was very urgent and was told by Xolani that it would be expedited and that someone would call to validate the order that afternoon. They didnt. On Tues I called and spoke to Xolani, Hassan and someone else to determine why the order hadn't been validated and reiterated the urgency, that I needed it by Friday. No one seemed to follow up. On Wednesday I called again and spoke to Xolani who said someone would call me that day and again I explained the urgency and that it needed to arrive by Friday. Finally had the order validated at 4pm on Wed. Thurs the courier company called to arrange delivery and informed me it would only arrive on Monday. I was very upset because Monday is too late and said that it was not acceptable. After numerous calls I was promised by Ilhaam that it would arrive Friday. Courier company called to say it would be delivered between 12-2pm. On Friday, by 3pm no phone had arrived. Customer services couldnt assist me because they said it was now in the Couriers hands. I am not at the office today and cannot accept the phone (if it ever arrives). I want my upgrade and contract cancelled.
