8ta overcharge

8ta/Telkom mobile has been overcharging me since January 2013, I asked them to refund me the overcharge for January and they refunded me no problem. But for the overcharge of Feb.(reported 25 of Feb. 2013) and March (reported 15 March 2013) I did not receive my refund. After countless calls since 25 Feb and to date the call centre I can't get this problem resolved I spoke to 3 managers with one of them taking primary ownership of the case, with no solution they always have some kind of excuse. I am expecting a overcharge the end of April as well. they can't provide me with the number of the head office, and the worst of all they disconnected my line because of the money they owe me!!!???
