I accidentally subscribed to "ask the sangoma" on MTN Play, and there is no option for me to unsubscribe.
I have been trying to for the past two months, and was hoping it would just unsubscribe after a while but it has not.
No one in the MTN stores seem to know how to help me.
Also, now i have been getting two sms per day from this service, so now it has been charging me extra for the past two months! I have wasted enough airtime on this.
i find this RIDICULOUS and MTN should put in a proper system in order for people to unsubscribe from certain services.
