I have been requesting our invoices for April and May 2013.
I phoned on 5/06/2013 & 14/06/2013 and again today 18/06/2013.
Still I have received nothing.
Cape Town can't help me, because JHB works with the accounts, I phone JHB, they tell me to phone back after 1 because everyone is on lunch. I refused and after putting me on hold for over 18min they cut me off.
Now im on the phone again. How difficult can it be to send a client a copy of 2 invoices and no one can tell me why I havnt received it. I need to do my VAT as I have explained.
This is completely unacceptable. They debit the money off the account, but they cant give me an invoice!
We have never had a problem, but since the beginning of the year, I have had to phone countless times for invoices.
Our credit controller is Janine Hofman, but no one seems to know who she is. What is that about?
Siphokaze in Cape Town sent through a few requests for me, but the accounts just doesnt bother getting back to us.
