I RECENTLY DID AN UPGRADE ON MY CONTRACT.SINCE I RECEIVED THE PHONE IN JANUARY I HAVE TAKEN IT BACK 3 TIMES BECAUSE OF POOR BATTERY LIFE.THE FIRST TIME I TOOK IT BACK WITHIN 6 DAYS AND I WAS NOT GIVEN A NEW PHONE BUT WAS TOLD THE SCREEN HAD SCRATCHES AND THEY COULD NOT REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE.I ACCEPTED THAT INSTEAD THEY JUST CHANGED THE BATTERY.AFTER A COUPLE DAYS I HAD TO TAKE IT BACK FOR THE SAME PROBLEM.THEY THEN GAVE ME A REFURBISHED PHONE.AFTER WHICH I WAS STILL HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM .THE 3RD TIME THEY HAVE DONE A SOFTWARE UPGRADE.FROM THE TIME I TOOK THE PHONE IT HAS SPENT MORE TIME WITH VODACOM THEN ME.I AM PAYING FOR A REFURBISHED PHONE INSTEAD OF A NEW ONE. TO TOP IT OFF VODACOM SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.I WAS TOLD TO EMAIL THE ESCALATIONS DEPARTMENT.THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO ME.I FURTHER SENT ANOTHER EMAIL FOLLOWING UP AND STILL NO RESPONSE. FURTHERMORE WHEN THE PHONE DID REACH CHATSWORTH BRANCH TWICE NO ONE CALLED TO TELL ME COLLECT UNTIL I PHONED AND THEN THEY TELL ME IT IS WAITING FOR COLLECTION.AND THE ONLY REASON I HAD CHOSE THIS PARTICULAR PHONE WAS BECAUSE OF THE EXCELLENT BATTERY LIFE THAT WAS ADVERTISED BUT NOW I AM USING MY OLD PHONE AND GETTING MORE BATTERY LIFE
