I took my phone in for repairs as the battery was dying within minutes of inserting a sim card. I gave Vodacom my phone and battery so that they could test both for faults. After 10 days I collected my phone, only to find that the same error was occuring. I then went away on business and was only able to take the phone back for repairs a week or two later. I was then told that my battery had a "bubble" on it and therefore would not work. This clearly happened whilst the phone was in Vodacoms care the first time I took it in for repairs as I had not touched, nor charged the phone since the day I collected it and saw that it was still problematic. After the second repair, I was told they "refurbished" my phone but it should work. I cannot test this as the battery is now either flat or broken and I'm too scared to charge it in case they then claim that I caused the bubble on the battery. So I'm now sitting with a broken battery, and a refurbished phone that may still be broken for all I know. I pay a contract every month for a NEW ORIGINAL BlackBerry. Not a 2nd hand refurbished phone. I want a new phone and battery from Vodacom and will keep fighting with them until this is resolved
