I have a contract with cell c, and I hav asked via email to customer care when am I eligible for a contract upgrade and I get a responce that my email has nt been delivered because it had expired. I phoned them to ask the same thing and I am put on hold for ages. When I visit the walk in dealership u wait for quite a long time before u get help. I have actually given up on cell c and can't wait for my contract to be finished.
