Thank you for improvement on the service

I had complained on facebook page about the poor service after having to hold the line and transferred from pillar to post for days without being assisted or even holding the line for ages with no one picking the phone up to aasist. On Wednesday 20 March and Saturday 23 March, I called with 1 ring on the consultants I was assisted. Thank you Telkom team
