VERY unproffesional service

Saturday 7th April me and my fiance went to Tygervalley Autopage to take in his phone as he keeps on m issing calls. After previously being promised a sim swop and not getting it we tried again. Leonardo was the person to help us. First he said its because of the samsung galaxy s3, then we said its done it with all nhis phones, then he said its the network. We said we want to move to virgin, he laughed and said does that place even exist still?? Since when do you bad mouth competition like this?? Then he started to scratch through our samsung even DELETING some of our screens as according to him this takes battery!!?? When did we ask this? He even fiddled with my fiance's flash and NFC tag that he uses for WORK!!! After all this he said he cant help us as this will happen on all networks even though in the beginning he said this never happens!! I said why doesnt it happen to me then, "well you are lucky" was the reply!! This is VERY unprofessional and this is the reason why we will never use autopage again!!!
